Cockroach, Man's Best Friend of the Future

Year 2500 . The world, as we know it, does not exist any longer. Earth has become a barren wasteland, a replica of planet Mars almost. The atmosphere is polluted with inert gases, and is thinner than it has ever been. The ozone layer is no longer present and the U-V rays have free tickets to the Earth. The temperature keeps varying remarkably and has lows of up to -120 degree centigrade. This has culminated in the elimination of plant life on the Earth. The greed for power, authority, and superiority amongst the humans has resulted in the transformation of Earth into a lifeless entity. Nuclear Warfare has bettered all kinds of wars, and has succeeded in wiping out all of mankind from the face of this planet. Life is practically non-existent, except for..... fruit flies and cockroaches!

Yes, my dear friends, one of the beings is the cockroach. Roaches are the only beings, apart from fruit flies, that will exist on this planet if there is an outbreak of nuclear war, as they are one of the hardiest insects on Earth. I hope this piece of information turns at least some people's heads and make them think it over before deciding to squish a cockroach at sight. This goes double for most of the girls who scream like hell at the thought of seeing a cockroach. Fruit flies are harder to acquire. So scientists might consider making live cockroach shields for humans to wear and protect themselves from the radiations produced due to the usage of nuclear weaponry. Considering that our fate is in our own hands, I suppose every one of us should try to befriend the cockroach-kind and live at peace with the little dark crawlers. Beware girls! Leave cockroaches alone, because by killing one cockroach you are reducing your own lifespan by a few minutes. And I can't even stand a nightmare of a world without girls !!!!! :-D ;-)
